Important Notice for Custom Orders
All products manufactured by Guangdong Dibo Technology are custom-made to client specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of OEM/ODM manufacturing, standard consumer return policies do not apply. Please review our terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all B2B orders placed with Guangdong Dibo Technology Co., Ltd. for custom silicone and rubber products, including but not limited to:
- Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection-molded components
- Solid silicone compression-molded parts
- TPE, EPDM rubber, and engineering thermoplastic products
- Multi-color, over-molded, and assembled products
- Custom tooling and mold development projects
2. Accepted Return & Refund Conditions
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects
Products with verifiable manufacturing defects that deviate from agreed specifications, including dimensional non-conformance beyond ±0.05mm tolerance or material defects.
Wrong Items Shipped
Shipment of incorrect product types, colors, materials, or quantities that do not match the confirmed purchase order or approved sample.
Failed Quality Testing
Products that fail agreed ASTM D412/D624 mechanical tests, FDA/LFGB compliance requirements, or other contractually specified quality standards.
Shipping Damage
Goods damaged in transit with documented photographic evidence submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

4. Return Claim Procedure
To initiate a return or refund claim, please follow these steps within 30 days of delivery:
Document the Issue
Take clear photographs and/or videos of all defective or incorrect items. Include packaging photos if shipping damage is claimed. Retain all original packaging materials.
Submit Written Claim
Email our quality team at quality@dibotechnology.com with your Purchase Order number, delivery date, defect description, quantity affected, and supporting photos/videos.
Quality Review
Our QC team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. We may request physical return of a sample batch (typically 5-10 pieces) for in-house inspection using our Zeiss CMM systems.
Resolution
Upon claim approval, we will offer one of the following resolutions: full replacement production run, partial credit/refund proportional to defective quantity, or rework of affected items at our expense.
5. Refund Terms
Refund Methods
- Bank wire transfer (T/T) to original payment account
- Credit applied to future orders (preferred for ongoing partnerships)
- PayPal refund for PayPal-originated transactions
Processing Timeline
- Claim review: 3-5 business days after submission
- Refund processing: 7-14 business days after approval
- Replacement production: subject to standard lead times
Note: Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by Guangdong Dibo Technology. For rejected claims, return shipping is the client's responsibility.

- Standard samples (from existing catalog): Free of charge, shipping cost covered by Dibo Technology
- Custom samples (new tooling required): Sample fee applies; fee credited back on first bulk order ≥ MOQ
- Quantity: Up to 5 pieces per product type per company
- Lead time: 3-5 business days for standard; 7-15 days for custom samples
- Limit: One free sample request per company per 6-month period
